The guiding administrative code and autonomous standard of all members
Article 1: Name of the Alliance
The name of the Alliance is Smart Manufacturing International Alliance (hereinafter referred to as "SMIA").
Article 2: Nature of the Alliance
The Alliance is a non-profit international organization registered and established in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. It is voluntarily formed by enterprises, institutions, and professionals engaged in smart manufacturing and related fields globally.
Article 3: Missions and Purposes
- Build a smart manufacturing collaborative ecosystem connecting global technology, talent, capital, and markets;
- Promote the internationalization of smart manufacturing standards and the highly efficient integration of industrial chains;
- Empower manufacturing enterprises to achieve intelligent transformation and globalized layout;
- Abide by the laws and regulations of the registered place and countries/regions where business is conducted, and respect social morality.
Article 4: Registration and Headquarters
The registered address and headquarters of the Alliance is located at RM03, 24/F, Ho King Comm CTR, 2-16 Fayuen ST, Mong kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong, China. Chapters, representative offices, or liaison stations may be established globally according to business expansion needs.
